In April 1990, Hangxing Industrial Co., Ltd. was established at No. 44, Lane 301, Dexing Road, Hukou Township, Hsinchu County, Taiwan. At that time, the registered capital was six million yuan, with a focus on professional iron core coating and BEAD ribbon processing. The main customers were Taiwan's main iron core manufacturers.
In April 1995, in order to expand its business market in mainland China, Hangxinglian Magnetic Electronic Hardware Factory was established in Yuliangwei Management Area, Qingxi Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. The registered capital was NT $10 million, mainly engaged in professional iron core coating and BEAD ribbon processing, with a staff of 50 people.
In July 1996, coil production began, mainly focusing on DIP types such as ring coils, I-shaped inductors, bar inductors, filters, etc.
In August 1997, the production of SMD Power Inductors products was put into operation, and relevant testing and production equipment were purchased. The number of employees increased to 170.
In July 2000, the ISO9001 system was officially introduced and passed the ISO9001:2000 international certification in June 2001
In July 2002, due to the continuous expansion of business, Dongguan Baihui Electronics Co., Ltd. was established on Jiacheng Road, Tiesong Industrial Zone, Qingxi Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. The registered capital is NT $21 million, mainly engaged in the professional production of various inductance coils, with a staff of 550 people (including 50 technical personnel).
In April 2005, the company purchased production molding equipment for Iron Core and plastic injection molding equipment, and began producing Base Cases for iron cores
In July 2005, Dongguan Baihui Electronics Co., Ltd. officially introduced the ISO14001 system and passed the ISO14001:2004 international certification in December of the same year
In August 2005, Dongguan Baihui Electronics Co., Ltd. fully completed lead-free production from raw materials, processes, and finished products, and met the relevant requirements of the European Union RoHS (2002/95/EC).
In March 2006, the company introduced an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system
In October 2008, the company completed the development of vacuum evaporation technology for product end faces
In March 2009, Dongguan Baihui Electronics Co., Ltd. passed the international certification of ISO9001 2008&ISO14001 2004
December 2011: Dongguan Baihui Electronics Co., Ltd. has passed the QC080000&TS16949 certification
In May 2013, Jiangxi and Hunan factories were officially established as Dongguan Baihui Electronics Branch
August 2014: QC080000 was upgraded from the 2005 version to the 2012 version and certified as QC080000
December 2017: ISO9001 2008 version updated and certified as ISO9001 2015 version
ISO14001 2004 version updated and certified as ISO14001 2015 version
