Dongguan Baihui Electronics Co., Ltd. successfully passed the ISO9001:2000 certification in July 2005, fully introduced GPMS in August of the same year, and successfully passed the ISO14001:2004 certification in December of the same year.
Our company has advanced production equipment and a group of high-quality quality engineering management personnel. With advanced production processes and a comprehensive quality management system, we control the entire process of product delivery from raw materials to finished products and customer service. With high quality and service, we have won domestic and foreign customers in Europe, America, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, and other countries.

1. Reliability testing system:
Our company has established a complete reliability testing system, with main testing equipment including high temperature and high temperature
Wet test box, constant temperature box, push/pull testing machine, IR furnace, TAPING packaged product peeling tester, density tester, Hi pot tester, etc. These equipment enable quality engineering personnel to comprehensively promote product development and process monitoring according to the reliability test plan, and regularly send products to SGS company for testing to ensure that the products comply with RoHS standards
2. SPC statistical technology:
Our company's quality assurance system always implements statistical technologies such as FMEA, CPK, and 6SIGMA,
To ensure that the product meets customer needs.

5、 On Conflict Mineral Procurement Policy
The mining of rare metals such as gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn), and tungsten (W) in the Democratic Republic of Congo and its surrounding countries and regions has caused serious human rights and environmental problems. The sale of these minerals may provide financial support for the ongoing armed conflicts in these countries, leading to long-term instability in the region, hence the term "conflict minerals". Dongguan Baihui Company attaches great importance to the issue of conflict minerals and does not purchase or support the use of conflict minerals.
Dongguan Baihui Company does not use "conflict minerals" from the Democratic Republic of Congo and its surrounding countries and regions. Dongguan Baihui Company also requires suppliers to extend this requirement to lower level suppliers and trace the sources of gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn), and tungsten (W) contained in all products
